Hi, I'm Shaniqua Ford, LCSW.
I'm the Founder of Soul Werk Cafe and a licensed clinical social worker passionate about helping people move through life's transitions with compassion, clarity, and care.
For over a decade, I've supported individuals navigating burnout, grief, trauma, identity shifts, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm while integrating holistic wellness and culturally responsive care into the healing process.
