About the event
Many of us have spent years learning how to adapt, mask, translate ourselves, or become who others expected us to be. Over time, it can become difficult to know what we actually want, need, or feel beneath all of that.
Defining Yourself for Yourself is an 8-week virtual support group created for neurodivergent, Black, queer, trans, and other people navigating race, gender, sexuality, and identity in a world that was not always built with their experiences in mind.
This group offers a space to slow down, get curious about your inner world, and build a different relationship with yourself—one rooted in curiosity instead of judgment.
What We'll Explore:
Understanding Your Inner World
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), we'll explore the different parts of ourselves and the roles they may have developed to help us navigate life.
