Join Soul Werk Cafe November 20, 2020 at 10 am for a 60 minute workshop. We will explore how our emotions are influenced by the season, symptoms and effects of seasonal affective disorder (SAD), and learn how to nurture ourselves through the psychological and emotional shifts of the season.
