Designed to address the unique experiences of anxiety,  this work shop will help participants with recognize the cultural, societal, and individual factors that influence anxiety. Participants will explore culturally relevant strategies for managing anxiety and engage in an individualized practical activity.

Attendees will learn:

  • What is anxiety
  • How to identify symptoms of anxiety
  • Practical tools and strategies for manaing  Anxiety
  • How to create a personalize self-care plan to manage anxiety

This is an experience based workshop. Attendess will have the opportunity to participate in mindfulness exercises and real time creation of self-cafe plan.
